Verify the Board Certification of a Periodontist
The American Board of Periodontology (ABP) requires the inquiring agency to have a copy of the General Release of Information signed by the periodontist that is being reviewed. The agency must attest to have received a current signed release form and must be able to produce a copy at the request of the ABP.
A $75 fee will be assessed for each verification requested.
